Within walking distance of several grocery stores, and a shopping centre is not far away either. Copenhagen is easily accessible by public transportation.

The property is a part of a shared kitchen, but has its own bathroom and toilet, and also has a very cozy balcony. The kitchen is completely disconnected by a hallway from the room, so privacy is ensured if needed. It is expected to take part in the cleaning/maintenance of the kitchen, including paying a monthly fee to the kitchens expenses not included in the rent. (current monthly kitchen-fee is 6 EUR)

The room is furnished, which includes: Bed, Table, nightstand/cabinet, Bookcase, chairs and a beanbag for the balcony.

*You are not allowed to make holes in the walls, or install amenities such as fridges, stoves, etc.*
